• Currently leading the development for an internal tool that assists with complete RFP analysis including RFI creation and proposal generation. Improved the proposal turnaround time from a month to a week.
• Developed an enterprise-grade RAG solution in .NET and Python that can ingest documents in a variety of formats supporting configurable LLMs, vector databases and document extractors.
• Helped a leading bank process over 12,000+ internal documents ranging from processes, employee directories etc. using RAG. Developed Azure Functions for processing the documents in parallel and PostgreSQL for the vector store.
• Wrote Terraform scripts for deploying the cloud architecture and used Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and version control.
• A core member of the Generative AI team that focused on brainstorming POCs for existing clients, developing internal process for future AI projects and mentoring of teammates.

Hanu Software Solutions (acquired by Insight)

• Was part of the modernization team responsible for moving existing monolith project to a modern cloud-first microservices-based architecture with .NET and Azure services.
• Led the development of the insurance proposal stage, collaborating on-site with client and QA team for the proper integration of insurer SDKs. Reduced code duplicity by leveraging interfaces, reusable data validation, and error handling.
• Rewrote the quote generation system to use WebSockets to ensure streaming of quotes immediately as they were available. This increased customer retention by 40% and enabled to retry failed queries.

• Integrated Azure Media Services and the Zoom SDK enabling the client to host live conferences, resulting in a 5x increase in revenue and traffic.
• Redesigned the admin portal in React for the scheduling of conferences. Implemented recurring payment integration with Stripe and email handling with SendGrid.
• Migrated to an App Service with Blob Storage for static assets, resulting in a 70% decrease of hosting and storage costs.
